A Bit About Me

With a foundation as a Process Engineer, my career has been built at the intersection of operations, innovation, and leadership—most notably in scaling and commercialising novel technologies. My early experience in the pharmaceutical sector laid the groundwork for a career that evolved into pioneering roles in waste-to-energy and renewable fuels.

Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional teams through complex transitions, managed multi-million-pound assets, and delivered high-performance outcomes across both mature and emerging industries. I bring extensive experience in plant operations, strategic planning, and workforce development, consistently anchored in clear, values-driven leadership.

I have a proven track record of delivering results in high-stakes environments. Notable achievements include:

• Led the restructure of a first of a kind waste to molecule technology developer from R&D focus into a commercial operation.

• Built the operations & maintenance team for a £200m Waste to Energy (Gasification & Anaerobic Digestion) Facility. Leading it through design, construction, commissioning and into full operation as the UKs most successful residual waste driven Gasifier and only co-located Gasifier and AD Facility.

• Delivered the UK's first End of Life Plastics to liquid fuels commercial scale production plant.
